Every order is handmade to order. Production typically takes 5–7 business days before your piece is ready to ship.

Once shipped, German orders arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders vary by destination. All orders ship via UPS with full tracking and insurance included.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union are delivered to your door with no additional charges on arrival.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority, collected by the courier on delivery, and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in your order total and fall outside our control.

Import rules and amounts vary by country and change from time to time. If you'd like to know what to expect for your destination, your national customs office can provide the most accurate information.
